Terms and conditions relating to the purchase of table or individual tickets for any Kingley Event.

Any cancellation notices must be received by email to Kingley.

Please note that we are unable to accept telephone cancellations.

Our cancellation/refund policy is as follows.

For cancellations received within

30 days of the event / no refund

45 days of the event / 50% refund

60 days of the event / 25% refund

Cancellations received in writing and received more than 60 days before the scheduled date of the event will receive a refund in full.

These cancellation charges form part of our condition of sale agreement with you.

Please note that payment in full will be taken at the time of booking; all online bookings will be confirmed by email to the email address as supplied.

Please note that we only accept payment in pounds sterling and that credit card surcharges apply.
