TIPTO Independent Agent of the Year

This brand new award from TIPTO will recognise and celebrate the very best in the independent sector, and we are looking for a true success story to be crowned as our winner. The award is open to any independent travel agent, across all areas of retailing from high street to homeworkers.

How to Enter
Write a brief paper (no more than 750 words) telling us why you should win the award. Our judges are looking for the following, over the past 12 months:

• Evidence of business achievement (including turnover and profit margins)
• Innovation in the marketplace (including evidence of at least one marketing campaign or initiative and its outcome)
• Development of personal objectives and/or those of colleagues and staff (including the size of your team and staff retention rates, if applicable)
• Support of TIPTO as an organisation and its members

Additional supporting material may be submitted but is not essential. All entries will be confidential.

Finalists will be invited to the Awards ceremony on 26 March 2012 as guests of TIPTO, and all shortlisted entrants will also receive a certificate of achievement.

The deadline for entries is 15 February 2012 and successful finalists will be contacted by 29 February 2012. All entrants must be available to attend the Awards ceremony.
